  2. Um..no. The only reason for the SCOTUS to hear it is because it's a higher court. These Democrats are pretty dumb. How did they not know that major constitutional issues would arise prosecuting a former president and leading presidential candidate? This of course, lead to any motions, which are going to get tied up in the courts. The DOJ even has a written policy that trials should NOT be scheduled to respect election schedules. I.e. they're not supposed to be doing what they're trying to do; influence an election with a court case.

  5. How did the Democrats get this dumb? Didn't they know this would happen? You're prosecuting a former president and leading presidential candidate, of course it's going to get tied up with many motions.

  6.  @kbelladreamer2012  You seriously didn't know that prosecuting a former president would lead to motions to dismiss like this? And because of the seriousness of these issues the SCOTUS would take the case. This is on par with the 70 IQ DA in GA who didn't know a RICO case takes years. And then it falls apart because she's corrupt.
