@mrfirestop415 Costello was hired by Cohen. The judge was panicking because Costello was Cohen's lawyer from 2018, and none of what Cohen is saying is true. Trump didn't have anything to do with the payment. Cohen was NOT trying to protect Trump. Costello advised him to divulge to the prosecution any dirt he has on Trump. Cohen, "I have nothing on Trump."

@jeffme6891 Costello was Cohen's legal advisor when he was in legal trouble in 2018. This was all well know information, that Trump had nothing to do with Cohen's payment, That Cohen was NOT loyal to Trump. Costello advising Cohen to get a lesser sentence, "Divulge any dirt you have on Trump." Cohen, "I have nothing on Trump." The people who engineered this trial, Merchan, Bragg, etc., are ignoramuses. Merchan was having a melt down because he couldn't take his rigged case being decimated. But Costello offered this information during the grand jury. But none of these TDS hacks wanted to hear it. And now they're being embarrassed, and it's richly deserved.

@therealhabsfan "Copium" Because Cohen (Your star witness) testified to stealing $60,000 from Trump? The theory is that Trump was behind Cohen's NDA payment. Cohen testified that he was paying himself by embezzling money from Trump.
