The OP assumes that it is legitimate that these cases be a campaign strategy of the Democrats, who are too lame to campaign for real. You're dumb if you didn't know cases like these wouldn't be held up in the courts forever. They also have to challenge constitutional law just to make one of these cases stick. Eg. the constitutional precedent and Pres. Records Act give Trump the right to store and access his records. He also gets to decide what are presidential records and what are personal records.

  6. You guys stepped in this. Because these cases are against an ex-president and current leading candidate for the 2024 election, there are obviously a lot of legal baggage. These guys on this show are fools for not realizing that. The judges have zero obligation to play along with your election interference scheme.
