  1. If the mob actually invades the house then they are legally entitled to shoot. Just a shotgun blast of birdshot, which poorly aimed wouldn't kill, would scare them away.

  2. It says in the article that no charges were filed. There's no reason they couldn't just buy more guns. My dad is from Oklahoma and he has a whole cabinet of guns.
