  1. It's not that Obama is conservative, but he's smart enough to know that there is no point to burning down the whole system. The policies of today's Democrats aren't even helpful. For example, there was an article that said there were 30,000 preventable deaths a year in the US from people without adequate health insurance (They were people who got sick but avoided the hospital, to avoid bills and debt.). But also there are about 30,000 preventable deaths under the NHS in the UK. So that problem is 5x worse in the UK.
