@Daboy804 The SS would not hand him over. The state authorities cannot take him without committing insurrection against the federal government.

This is a fabricated case, meant to prosecute Trump, rather than prosecute a crime.

@DrTheRich The President can't pardon state crimes. But...if he is president the NY state authorities could not hold him without committing insurrection. For all practical purposes, they can't jail him because he has secret service protection. The NY authorities cannot remand him without the secret service taking over the jail.

@TimPoolWithoutTheBeanie Daniels herself stated in a signed letter in 2018 that the affair did not happen. You're basing a scandal off of statements of liars, who have contradicted themselves.

This isn't the NY Supreme Court. It's just a NY district court. He definitely should go the the SCOTUS.

@ladylestranj The NY authorities cannot overrule the Secret Service without committing insurrection. The case will die on appeal anyways. But regardless, if Trump is president again, they will not be able to detain him.

This reminds me of Frank Luntz on CNN, with a dour exasperated look, he told all the TDS deranged talking heads "Listen and remember what I tell you now. If you move to jail Trump or confiscate his property, then his election is guaranteed." He's saying this as someone who is afraid of Trump. The Democrats are hurting their cause, but they can't help themselves.
