  1. It's an electoral tactic the Democrats adopted during the Obama administration. They tell blacks that all whites are naturally racist. That brings out the minority vote. But it eventually backfires. By 2016 many whites were really sick of getting shat on, especially when it's a rich white woman who's doing it.
