And in the NY appellate courts he will be eviscerated, for a nonsense prosecution, denying Trump rights due to the defendant, such as knowing what crimes he is accused of, and excluding defense evidence. And this will happen facing a sitting president. The Trump DOJ will find a crime and Merchan and others will go to jail
