  1. It's suspicious AF that this guy was charged over 3 weeks after the girl reported the rape. And why wasn't she given medical attention immediately, instead of waiting until after Dobbs, for Ohio law to kick in, which has an exception for "emergencies" which would include a 10 year old.

But why did they wait to arrest him after the story lost credibility if he's clearly the perpetrator? If he's guilty life in prison is what he deserves. But it's convenient that he was book right after their story needed him to be.

  3. This case gets weirder. The girls mom defended the suspect in an interview with Telemundo, said the media is lying. And the Indiana doctor in the report of the abortion (required by law in Indiana) listed the father as "around 17". I'm arguing the guy is innocent. It sounds like he's the mom's boyfriend. But if they have the right man, then the girl needs to be taken from the mom.

  4. According to the law what constitutes a "medical emergency" is up to the discretion of the doctor. So I'm calling BS. Doctors in Ohio would have ended the pregnancy.
