  1. These cases aren't legitimate. For example in the Bragg case in Manhattan the indictment accuses Trump of covering up a crime by falsifying business records, but it doesn't even mention what the crime was. Under the 6th Amendment the court is required to tell a defendant exactly what crimes they are accused of.

  2. It's obvious that Trump is not getting a fair trial from these lawfare cases. He will get convicted and hopefully the appellate courts will strike down the fake convictions.
