I refuse to believe that Garland is as bad a lawyer as he claims to be. The "testimony" in the Jan 6 committee is all hearsay, and it's full of weasel words. Their "star witness" Hutchinson kept saying "He said something to the effect of..." , "It was something to the effect of..." That's not evidence. If he prosecuted someone over this show trial testimony, he would end his career.

The committee is a clown show, show trial. It doesn't translate to an actual trial. For example, the NPC's who take it seriously don't even know that Hutchinson was a supporter of the Jan 6 rioters. "I am an insurrectionist." , "Trump won the election." are a couple of her quotes.
