  3. So many preemptive pardons, and so many pardons of Biden's family, and political allies, is unprecedented. Biden gave preemptive pardons to his entire family except his daughter (who's not involved in politics or his finances, but of course is a drug addict). Trump did not issue any pardons like that. And only the Mark Rich pardon by Clinton would be that shady.
