@hobbso8508 "He isn't the only witness." He's the pivotal witness. None of the other witness, eg Daniels, has any relevant information. And it turns out that Cohen has nothing that is reliable. He has already lied on the stand. He was forging financial documents while working for Trump, embezzling 30k. Why would anyone think the retainer checks somehow represented the NDA payment?

@hobbso8508 Cohen already committed perjury in this trial. He said he called Trump to tell him of the NDA payment. Turns out from phone records that he called the secret service to complain about a 14 year old prank caller.

@Kr0N05 All they have are 31 attorney retainer checks that Trump paid to Cohen. They have nothing.
