  2. "Burgeoning crisis of ghost guns" I call BS on this. How many drug dealer and gang bangers have tools to build a firearm. Criminals buy guns on the black market. A stolen pistol ends up in the black market. They file off the serial number so it can't be traced back to the burglary.
