  4. @ Only the Supreme Court is in the Constitution. These judges are all leftwing activists. Their rulings don't make any coherent sense. One low court judge issued a ruling that the DOD "can't discriminate against anyone" in recruiting. Bollocks. There is a long list of mental, physical health, or have age restrictions, you can't be a dwarf, or have disabilities.

  5. People believe this because there have been non-stop conspiracies from the intel agencies, and other bureaucracies, for nearly the last 10 years. These agencies are involved in active political manipulation, by lying and spreading conspiracies. E.g. "Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation.", then 3 years later the DOJ secures convictions using the laptop.
