  1. We're seeing an obvious pattern of behavior. The Democrats accuse Trump of media crimes, i.e. actions which are not illegal but the media frames them as criminal, eg. challenging election certifications, requesting election audits, declassifying documents, appointing alternate slates of electors, paying for a NDA. Then the Democrats respond with actual criminal activity. Removing someone from the ballot who qualifies is an insurrection.

  2. He's beating Biden in the polls. And he meets the Constitutional requirements. If the election were held now, he would win with 311 electoral votes and the popular vote. You can't cheat your way out of this when he has popular support.
