This whole case is shady AF. They didn't do the things you normally do when you have a 10 rape victim: collect evidence immediately, and issue a warrant for the suspect. People are commenting "This wasn't in Indiana's jurisdiction." How could they know that. There hadn't been an investigation. The doctors need to collect med evidence to ensure a conviction.

@abe365 The doctor and mom seemed to cover up for the rapist. There was only an arrest 3 weeks later when this story blew up because the source (Indiana doctor) wouldn't confirm the story. Doctor also reported that the "father" was a minor, when he is 27. Why?

@cheemssixty3987 Then she could get an abortion in Ohio. The emergency exception list just those risks, "irreversible physical harm". She doesn't have to be in risk of dying. That's why everyone knows this was a political stunt. And also the fact that there was no arrest for weeks later, even though they knew who did it.

@cheemssixty3987 No. The abortion activist hid this case, collected no evidence, and even reported the rapist as a minor when she reported the abortion. It' wasn't until the media backlash put pressure on the local police that they made an arrest.

@Jessesgirl0307 This story keeps changing. Apparently, it was reported in an article, making the (possibly false) assertion that the girl needed to go to Indiana to terminate the pregnancy. (Ohio has an "emergency" exception). But this case has been hidden because the girl, mom, and rapist are illegals. And the mom has protected the rapist.
