  4. Trump tried to use constitutional procedure to overturn the 2020 election. That's exactly what the CO supreme court is doing with the 2024 election. So the CO supreme court is guilty of insurrection, and must be charged.

You mean no recording the Stormy Daniels payment Cohen made as a campaign finance expense. The FEC looked into that and decided that it wasn't a campaign finance expense. Just because some 7 IQ DA in NYC files a BS indictment doesn't change that.
