A witness who admits to stealing $60,000 from the defendant is really credible.

@antonysmyth2464 "Campaign finance not declared." The FEC concluded in 2018 that it WAS NOT a campaign expense.

That's what I'm wondering. What instructions are the judge going to give the jury? What could he possibly tell them, that would be legal instructions?

@dh190852 This is a joke. In a normal trial the witnesses have to be credible, as the prosecution has to prove their case. This judge is basically trying to get a conviction by any means necessary. It's a display of power. It will be overturned though, and the judge's reputation will be destroyed.

@elizabethpitts3294 Apparently the Democrat destruction of the justice system is complete. People think you're serious that a lying thief is credible.

@antonysmyth2464 What's a "maga commissioner"? The FEC concluded that it wasn't a campaign expense. Something is only a campaign expense if it was only paid for the campaign purpose. One, of course, wouldn't put down their business legal expenses as "campaign expense". Second, this difference isn't a criminal matter. If a campaign has something, they deem incorrect in the accounting the FEC charges a fine. Eg. Clinton campaign charged a fine for not declaring the Steele dossier payment a campaign expense. Finally, recording everything as a campaign expense is more legally sketch. That leads to campaign grifting.

@antonysmyth2464 It sounds like you're using MSNBC terminology, which is corrupted language. They're currently calling Judge Cannon "biased" and "in the tank for Trump" because she's following the law. Jack Smith tampered with the evidence in that case, so she had to but the case on hold. It's all but dead, because of prosecutorial misconduct. Why wasn't Hillary Clinton prosecuted for not recording the Steele Dossier payment as a "campaign expense"? 1) It's not a criminal matter. Campaigns pay a fine over such issues. 2) Trump's payments to Cohen weren't purely campaign expenses, so the FEC didn't conclude it should be recorded as such. Again, the FEC standard is that an expense has to be something one wouldn't make for other reasons. Democrats give away what rabid hacks they are with this shit. You wouldn't want everything to be paid with campaign donations. There is no principles behind any of this.
