Part of it, is that the political operatives shopped for crank, low IQ, prosecutors and judges, because these are based on "novel legal theories". That means they had to defy precedent, so responsible prosecutors and judges don't want to risk their careers and reputations.

@herbtapp3031 They can find a grand jury that will indict anyone. That doesn't mean anything. These Trump cases are all potential serious embarrassments for Dems. They had to shop for crank prosecutors, because they're "novel legal theories", that means they go against legal precedent. Responsible prosecutors don't want to risk their career or reputation with these. Eg. Jack Smith had a bribery case overturned in the SCOTUS 9-0. You realize that Trump is now polling ahead of Biden, AFTER all these politically motivated cases.

The Dem operatives had to find crank prosecutors and judges to do these cases. Eg. Jack Smith is notorious, one case overturned by the SCOTUS by a 9-0 ruling. It surprises me that the Democrats think this lawfare is a good idea. Trump is polling above Biden.

@charlesroberts3650 More evidence dropped right when they filed the motion. The prosecutor in question is getting divorce by his wife. He was also illegally hired. The law required the county board of commissioners approve his appointment. This is all predictable. They had to find crank prosecutors to prosecute these cases. They're using "novel legal theories" to prosecute something that isn't normally a crime for political reasons. "Novel legal theories" means that they're going against common law precedent. Good attorneys would risk ruining their career and reputation doing this.
