Does this have to do with only misdemeanor trespass charges for two teens (16, 17) who stole a car (grand theft auto), drove recklessly, smashed into a vehicle with a family then fled (felony hit an run), all went to the hospital, the baby died (negligent homicide, felony murder)? She charged them with misdemeanor trespass and let them go. They only murdered a baby.
