  1. This story is unconfirmed, and likely just a story. There was on arrest in Ohio of a child rapist for this. The doctor in Ohio would have a legal obligation to report this.

  2. This is just a story. Nobody has been able to confirm this. And there was no such rape reported in Ohio. The doctor would be obligated to report it to the police.

  3.  @DanA-nl5uo  States are limited by federal court rulings. Laws get overturned as unconstitutional. But congress can't rule state laws invalid that the SC just upheld. This court is not going to agree with you. There's the 10th amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The federal government doesn't have power (though they have been expanding it as much as they can) over issues not in its constitutional purview. When they raised the drinking age nationally to 21. They did it by promising to withhold highway money if the states didn't legislate such. Prohibition was done by a constitutional amendment. The SC ruled that abortion is up to the individual states. Only the SC, not congress, can overrule the state laws restricting abortion.

  7.  @DanA-nl5uo  There was some 15 week limit proposal. But that's not a ban on abortion. That's typical of European countries. Frances' limit is 14 weeks. But the Democrats couldn't legalize abortion federally. Or, they could, but it wouldn't stop state laws. Because the SC just upheld state legislation.

But it's certain that federal legislation mandating it legal in every state (Democrats current position is legal up till birth) would be struck down. Because that contradicts the SC recent ruling.

Now it's going to a position of neutrality, because Trump and the GOP has much more respect for free speech. The Democrats lost power to censor. Boo hoo.

  13.  @Amor1990  This is most certainly just a lie. The only source in this story is a leftwing pro-abortion activist, and an abortion doctor. And there's no record of a recent rape of a 10 year old in Ohio. The doctors involved would be required to report this rape. According to the story the girl knew the day of the rape. This is what the Democrats did all through the Trump presidency. An "anonymous source" would tell some story, eg. "Trump called veterans 'losers and suckers'". And the media would report it as if it were true. But none of the people who were there confirm it.
