  1. There's no such thing as "health care as a right". You can't make something that requires the labor of people to be a right, unless you believe in forced labor.

  4.  @blueberrydragon5160  Not necessarily. I needed some medicine that is really expensive. I could get it for free in America, from a drug co. program. When I was in Germany I talked to a Dr. to see how I could mail it to Germany. He was really surprised that I could get an ultra expensive Rx for free. Would cost like 1000 Eur in Germany with health insurance.

  5. The point is that "medicare for all" would eliminate private health insurance. That's why it's a bad idea.
