  1. The tinkling bells background music was unnecessary.  They do that in movies to convey the feeling of innocence when children are on screen, and it's stupid.

  2. Marijuana doesn't cure or even treat cancer.  It's given as an analgesic for the nausea and pain that comes with the disease and the treatment. A healthy life-style doesn't cure cancer either.   You're less likely to get it.  But it doesn't prevent it.
