  1. You really notice the horseshoe effect.  These Oath Keepers and Tea partiers say the same things as the Anti-war left, just have a difference in taste and style.   Both are diametrically opposed to the Bush and Obama administrations.

It's funny all the foreigners leaving comments that think this actually represents American politics.  One could go to Berkeley and interview some seedy communist group, or some weirdo cult in the desert and portray it as some "revolution", but it's not. Neither the Alex Jones and tea party people on the far right nor Chris Hedges on the far left represent mainstream politics in the US.   Except Ron Paul was a US Representative while socialists like Hedges never go anywhere in US politics, except some city council, where they can sometimes pass job killing minimum wage hikes.
