The judge even instructed the jury that they could each pick a different crime. So we do not even know what "crime" he was convicted of. This is a blatant violation of the 6th amendment.

  14. Wouldn't it be the same as the English part of Canada? I know they have unhinged SJW's (otherwise Trudeau wouldn't get elected). For example, burning churches because some unmarked cemetery was found. They thought it meant some crime was committed, but it turned out the markers had just rotted away.

During the Biden administration there has been an unprecedented politicization of the justice system, surveillance of citizens, and government censorship. Eg. there are peaceful DC and anti-abortion protesters who have got, or are facing, more time than BLM protesters who burned down buildings.

They wiped Grosskreutz's felony record, so that his gun possession wouldn't be a felony (carrying without a permit is probably a misdemeanor). But if it's someone they consider an ideological enemy, eg Rittenhouse, they are constantly making up crimes, crossed state lines, illegal straw purchase, illegal possession--none of that true.

A panel of grifters bitching like "white people this..white people that..." Those phonies would have a cow if a panel did that with black people. Groups have characteristic, that's why there are stereotypes. But would it be right to have an msnbc panel where they bitched about the grossly disproportionate crime rate in the black community?

Is that why Charlie Hebdo has a long string of convictions for what would be protected speech in the US? Or, no right to a jury trial.   26. I also have found it strange that Biden, Harris, Joe Scarborough, etc. are now calling for a peaceful transfer of power to the "next Hitler". It actually convinced me that they were losing, when they started calling him "fascist". Hillary Clinton even came out of retirement just to call him a nazi, and compare his rally with the German-American Bund rally 85 years ago. Because a Trump rally with Israeli flags is totally like a rally in 1939 restricted to only ethnically Germans.

  39. Not only should this gun not have been out on bail, he should be in prison for all his past crimes. Sentencing is normally based on the seriousness of the crime and prior records. Eventually, they should just lock them up.
