And the whole trial unconstitutionally hid the underlying crime (it was a felony because it was "falsified record in covering up or facilitating a crime"). The judge even instructed the jury that they could each pick a different crime. So we do not even know what "crime" he was convicted of. This is a blatant violation of the 6th amendment.
