You start off with a corporate media lie. M-25-13 did not "freeze all federal assistance programs" "Any program not implicated by the President’s Executive Orders is not subject to the pause."

Except this video repeats a common corporate media lie. M-25-13 did not "freeze all federal assistance programs" "Any program not implicated by the President’s Executive Orders is not subject to the pause." In particular, this does not apply to entitlement program, like SNAP, Medicaid, etc.

It has one thing in common. The narrative is based on a lie, just like the "fake electors" story. M-25-13 did not "freeze all federal assistance programs" "Any program not implicated by the President’s Executive Orders is not subject to the pause."

@FrejaProudTransbian Dude. You can look up the text of M-25-13. You're lying.

@FrejaProudTransbian This is a coordinated desperate media lie. Right from M-25 13: "2 Nothing in this memo should be construed to impact Medicare or Social Security benefits." "defines Federal financial assistance to mean...but this term does not include assistance provided directly to individuals."

@FrejaProudTransbian LOL The 50 million for condoms for Gaza was shut off.

@FrejaProudTransbian Big surprise that this Dem shill Legaleagle is repeating a coordinated media lie. The joke is that you guys are defending the bureaucratic swamp. USAID was spending money on trans surgeries in Columbia. And giving aid to illegal open farmers in Afghanistan. Go with it!!!

Congress and the SC never said that.

@ Um..no. The SCOTUS ruled that the president has immunity in actions in which he's exercising official presidential duties. That's always been the case. But the SC was forced to rule it explicitly because of the Democrats shameless lawfare against Trump.

The SCOTUS never ruled that the president is a king above the law. Presidential immunity only applies to "official duties of the office". I.e. a president cannot be prosecuted for having classified documents, or firing executive department employees. Seriously, how much of being a Democrat entails playing dumb?
1
@ That's the exact point I made. The SCOTUS ruled that the president cannot be prosecuted for "official duties of the office". That's basically always been the case. They were forced to make that explicit ruling because of the Biden DOJ's absurd lawfare against Trump. B.T.W. that lawfare drove Trump to the greatest political comeback in US history. So you must feel really stupid after this.
