  1. Have some shame CNBC. On cross examination this witness admitted literally that Rittenhouse didn't fire until he pointed his glock at him. That may even prevent a jury ruling on the charge. Because the prosecution proved that it was self-defense.

He's the prosecution's witness and stated in testimony that he pointed his glock at Rittenhouse first, then Rittenhouse shot him in the arm. This may even not go to the jury. When the prosecution proves the defendant innocent, they can do a "directed verdict".
