At the RNC Trump didn't even talk about Biden. One doesn't hav to smear Biden. He's a crook because he has 15 shell companies he has family transfer money through, in exchange for government access.

The only exception is DC, which was given 3 electoral votes in the Pres election by the 23rd amendment. They also pay fewer taxes than state residents. Which may explain why they've maintained current status as unincorporated territory.
