  1. That shot was only done in Apollo 15, 16 and 17. They used the camera on the Lunar Rover which was remotely controlled from Earth. They only got the shot right in Apollo 17, because the time delay of communications to and from the Moon made getting the pan up on the camera difficult. If you watch that shot for Apollo 15 and 16 the Lunar Module flies out of the shot, because they didn't get the timing right.
