  4.  @The9ersfan415  They could. But the guards are low employees. Above them are the officers who run the jail, and above them are the politicians who supervise the police/prisons. There's not even a motive. The arrest is on body cam and the cop got fired.

  6. Cops are like this to white people also. If you disrespect or talk back to them they'll give you the maximum of their authority, which in this case was arrest (you can be arrested for traffic violations in TX). In a perfect world cops wouldn't be like this, but in a perfect world bureaucrats and secretaries wouldn't be passive aggressive.  It's stupid to push their buttons.
