Imagine seeing a group of 4 large men harassing a 5 foot pregnant woman and thinking that she's the aggressor. What the hell is wrong with people?

That's not what happened. She reserved the bike on the app. Then these guys were forcibly taking it, ie robbery. She would have had to pay for their ride and for the $1200 fine if the bike wasn't returned.

@mr.negativenancy5751 The teens do not have a receipt. Dude. This was reported 2 days ago, that she has the receipt. This is such a smooth brain reaction.
9
@mr.negativenancy5751 We do know that she did. She has the receipt for the reservation, with the code matching the code on the bike in the video. Then she has the reservation receipt for bike she took after this incident. You guys deserve to get sued for both slander and stupidity.

@RoRo2025-y4l The woman showed the receipt for reserving the bike, with the serial number on the reservation and bike matching. That was 4 days ago. The followers of shrunken headed Hassan are pretty slow to catch on.

It wasn't that. The prosecutor was violating basic first year law school principles. You can't hold a defendant exercising their constitutional rights, right to remain silent and right to an attorney, against them, or as an indication of guilt. That's why the judge was pissed at the prosecutor. If you don't like it, get a better prosecutor.

I can't get over the fact that the race baiters are actually claiming that a 5 foot pregnant woman was mugging a group of young men, each twice her size. What the hell is wrong with people.
4
@MAGAISKLAN That is a lie. She reserved that bike and has the receipt with the serial number matching the bike she's on. Seriously, how dense are Hassan's followers. FFS. It has been at least 6 days since that came out.
3
@PeacockPoverty The judge was dressing down the prosecutor because he was the one stepping out of line. You can't use someone exercising their right to remain silent against them. Same with when he tried to impeach a witness for hiring a lawyer. That's first year law school law.

@RoRo2025-y4l What's with people? She would have lost $1200 if they were allowed to rob her. I'm sure a hospital assistant, living in NYC, who will have a baby, can just throw away $1200.
2
At least two days ago, her lawyer showed the receipts for the bike rental, even showing the number on the reservation mating the bike. This was an attempted robbery.

Blacks are responsible for 75% of violent crime in New York City despite being 25% of the population. But pregnant white women are the problem🤦♀
2
@mr.negativenancy5751 We know the men were stealing the bike. It was rented in her name. If they took it she would have to pay the rental fee and a $1200 fine for a lost bike.

@PeacockPoverty Protecting the defendant's or witnesses constitutional rights is not "bias against the prosecution". The prosecution has been close to forcing a mistrial.
1
@PeacockPoverty That's BS. There are clear obvious reasons he chewed out the prosecutor. He argued in court using the defendant exercising his right to remain silent against him. That's way out of line.
1
@PeacockPoverty That has nothing to do with the judge. Those are the fact of the case. And they demonstrate that it's legal self-defense. He had solid reason to believe that Rosenbaum (the 5x convicted pedophile, who was telling him he was going to kill him) and Huber were going to use the gun against him. Huber was shot when he tried to brain him with his skate board, and Grosskreutz didn't get shot until he pulled his Glock on him 3 feet away. He even tried to get away in all three cases, strengthening his self-defense case. I don't think WI is a "duty to retreat" state, but he even tried that. Even the hard core propaganda channels like MSNBC are conceding that this case is dead.
1
@PeacockPoverty "I guess you're okay with vigilante justice." You are. That was the whole point of the Jacob Blake (sexual assaulter who got shot because he wouldn't drop a knife after attacking the cops).
1
@PeacockPoverty Basic common sense. You don't attack someone with a gun. It wasn't justice. It was self-defense. That was just as the shooting of Jacob Blake wasn't about justice. It was self-defense because he wouldn't drop a knife.
1
@PeacockPoverty Blake had a knife in his hand. The media edited the video.
1
@PeacockPoverty The judge is acting properly. The trial sucks for your side, because the prosecution has no case. Just yesterday the gun charge was thrown out. In other words, Rittenhouse was legally carrying the AR15. So over a year of "Crossed state lines with an illegal gun!" was a total lie.
1
@PeacockPoverty You've been taken in with fake reporting. From wiki page on this: "The prosecutor who oversaw the investigation said that Blake admitted to holding a knife and that officers and witnesses stated that Blake turned towards officer Sheskey with the knife immediately before the shooting"
1
@PeacockPoverty He was just another idiot who wouldn't just comply. The cops don't let you go if you fight, and if you have a weapon they will shoot.
1
@PeacockPoverty "Worst Judge Ever" LOL MSNBC is calling him "racist" because he had an American flag on his tissue box and his ring tone is "God bless the USA".
1
@PeacockPoverty It's obviously the DA that's terrible. The gun charge was just dismissed, because it's legal for a 16-17 year old to carry a long gun in WI. The DA brought that charge hoping nobody would actually read the law. The prosecutor repeatedly makes arguments, which are out of bounds legally, hoping it will prejudice the jury even they he gets shot down by the judge.
1
@PeacockPoverty Just do a google picture search. You can see the knife in Blake's hand. It has a curved blade. Why do you think no charges were filed for his shooting? It's the same DA office that went aggressively after Rittenhouse, while refusing to prosecute their "star witness" Grosskreutz who was illegally carrying a concealed Glock and testified he pulled it on Rittenhouse. They didn't prosecute because it was a legal shoot. Up close, hand to hand, a knife is just as deadly as a gun. They will shoot if you don't drop it. This was after fighting and getting tasered. It was so low IQ on his part. When police are going to arrest you, fighting is the worst thing you could do. At minimum, you'll get many more criminal charges, at at worse you'll get shot. The best you can do is remain silent and go with them.
1
@PeacockPoverty I haven't followed the Arbery shooting case.
1
@mr.negativenancy5751 Seriously, you guys are as dumb as rocks. What did you think was happening? It was a physical confrontation between a 5 foot tall pregnant white woman and 4 black teens twice her size. And you thought she was stealing from them?
1
@banquetoftheleviathan1404 This is the weird thing about shitlibs. You display reverse chivalry. A 40 year old pregnant woman is being harassed by 5 young toughs twice her size (I was a bike theft routine. They hang out hat the bike rack and steal a rental bike from someone who cant defend themself.) and you side with the cowardly toughs.
1
@Memorie You rent the bike with the QR code. Then you pay with your credit card when you return it at another station. She had reserved it, and the men were not letting her either leave or used to QR code to cancel. So if they took it, she would have to pay for their ride and the $1200 fine if they didn't return it--which was likely because they were already harassing her.
1
@mr.negativenancy5751 Yeah. That problem with small 40 year old pregnant white women mugging large black men. FFS.
1
@mr.negativenancy5751 Attempted robbery is still a crime. You're judging her for her reaction to these guys trying to steal the bike she rented. She would have lost $1200 plus the rental fee if the thug was able to steal it. OMG. Hassan Piker's followers are so smooth brained.
1
@mr.negativenancy5751 Those receipts prove the nurse rented the bike. The guy's receipt shows he docked the bike at 7:19. The nurse rented it after that. When you dock the bike the rental is over, and you have no claim to the bike.
1
So still coping over the fact that 2 aids commies attacked a kid and legally got killed.
1
What happened to the left, that they're now fans of the FBI and state secrecy?
1
@gsiicam There's no evidence of that. The "nuclear documents" was a BS leak by the DOJ. The itemization of the raid said nothing about "nuclear" For one thing, technical documents wouldn't be in the White House. Documents on weapons technology is in government laboratories, eg Los Alamos.
1
It was a planned scam. They hang out near the Citi bike rack and take a bike that was rented by someone who's an easy target. They're in a group so the others can lie and say they reserved it so bystanders wont call the police or help. I had my pocket picked, and when I demanded he give my wallet back, a big guy came out and started yelling "You're just accusing us because we're black." It's amazing that society has degenerated so much that people defend the cowardice of robbing a pregnant woman.
1
LOL They are now. Either that or with Satan.
1
It wasn't a "simple misunderstanding". She has shown the receipts for the bike rental. If they were allowed to take the bike she would have to pay for their ride and a possible $1200 fine if they didn't return it.
