Before 1978 the ex-president owned all his documents, that he could do with as he pleases. The only thing that changed that is the Presidential Records Act. And the indictment doesn't even mention that, because the law is a civil, not criminal statute, and gives the president a lot of authority. Because if it didn't it would be unconstitutional.

  32.  @dukeblair7792  Inflation was 1.5% in Jan 2021, by 2022 it is 8.5%. Biden did numerous things to cause that. We were coming out of the covid lockdowns. There were labor and supply chain problems. Biden cut oil/gas drilling and pipelines, causing ender prices to go up. That exacerbated the supply chain problems. Then Biden dumped money into the economy with huge spending bills, in March 2021 and Nov 2021. That has caused the stock market to tank and the economy to go in recession. Biden is a disaster.

  33.  @dukeblair7792  You don't know how the economy works. Increasing supply doesn't raise the prices, it lowers it. The price of crude was $35/barrel when Biden took office it's now $110/barrel. The price tripled because Biden cut production, leases, and infrastructure (the cancelation of Keystone XL is not a lie, you turd). So the price at the pump went up from less than $2/gal to $5/gal. Oil is a commodity. If oil from Keystone is refined and exported, that's going into the supply and effects prices. It's a domino effect of incompetence that has lead to the Biden recession. High energy prices (particularly diesel) have contributed to massive food price increases.

Food prices have gone up much higher than that. Prices in general have gone up. Biden immediately reversed every executive order of Trump's, while the country was coming out of covid lockdowns. So demand went up, while business, and energy production, were hit with regulations. Then Biden passed a 2 trillion spending bill in March 2021. that's when inflation kicked in. They at first denied it, said it was "transitory". But now acknowledge that it's a new-normal that Biden created. Now there's a recession because of it.
