  2. No. Her handling of government emails was illegal. If you use an outside email account there are requirements to submit all your work emails for archiving. Not only did she not do that. She deleted thousands of emails. This is all mandated under FOIA. Anyone else would have been prosecuted for what she did, see Gen. Petreyus.

  3. It's not that sexism played a role in her loss, but rather that campaigning on "I'm the woman candidate" is not effective. Because nobody cares. Sanders didn't run on "I'm the Jewish candidate." Or Trump as "I'm the candidate with a weird combover that's looking more and more like a Sikh turban.
