  3.  Michele  The police would let people walk home after a DUI 40 years ago. But public attitudes about drunk driving changed. Over 10000 fatalities from alcohol related accidents per year is part of it.

  4. CNN has to start off with a lie. The cops weren't trying to arrest Brooks for being intoxicated. They were arresting him for DUI. He appeared intoxicated, admitted to drinking, smelled of liquor, and scored 0.11 on the breath test.
