  4. It's Democrats who are ignoring the 14th amendment. "Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article." Are any of these people declaring Trump "ineligible" Congress? But suit yourself. This is just driving moderates to support Trump. Any attempts to take Trump off the ballot will be struck down by SCOTUS.
