@justsaying5837 That's a strange thing to ask on a CNN video? CNN lied for 3 years that Trump was "colluding with the Russians". Then they lied that he had some deal with the Ukraine president. And meanwhile, CNN lied that the Democrats didn't solicit dirt on the Trump campaign from Ukraine. This is why Trump has a 50+ approval rating and the media has 25% approval.

He obviously meant that the local government has poor communication. Someone had to sign for the ventilators, but someone didn't tell the higher ups. But however, it's NY's fault.

@JKBIII That's the problem presidents all have. They depend on the competence of the state governments. Mayor de Blassio was telling everyone to go out to the theater just 2 weeks ago.
