BLM and the rioters have no shame. We know he had a gun. It was recovered and traced to Scott; he bought it from a burglar last year, and it was in a restraining order his wife filed after he threatened to shoot her and his kid last year. He failed to comply because he was a repeat felon in possession of an illegal stolen gun. He knew he was getting over 10 years in prison, so he panicked. He spent 7 years in prison for shooting someone.
