The "victim" pointed a gun right at this guy who shot. If you point a gun right at someone they can shoot in self-defense.

@Zarincos Mobbing someone's car (There were like 30 different fingerprints on his car) is a hostile act. A mob can kill someone.

@Zarincos The guy who pointed the AK47 at him made his life in immanent danger. I saw this video when it happened. The AK47 guy was talking all tough, acting like a total dude with a gun. Foolishly didn't know that pointing a gun at someone gives then the legal self-defense right to shoot you.

@nevermind4156 The guy with the AK made a video with a balaclava bragging about how he was going to take out anyone who opposed him. It was on the internet. The crowd mobbed his car. The crowd didn't have a permit to close the road. He's being pardoned for a reason.

@Zarincos If he was pulling the gun on him, then it would be. When someone draws, if you wait until you're looking down the barrel it's too late.

@nevermind4156 He was a driver using the road, which was his right. You don't have the right to mob and threaten people. The left wants it legal, so they use political violence. But TX isn't the place.

@anthonylagunas6737 It's on video. First the protesters mobbed his car, banging on it. When he tried to pull away the guy with the AK47 ran up and pointed at him, so he fired a pistol. There's no victim here.

And they didn't have a right to black it. Those 2020 mobs killed 40 people. That's part of the outrage over this verdict. I've also noticed the other arguments people are making on this thread are bunk. The AK guy pointed the gun right at him. It wasn't level because the driver was sitting and the AK guy was standing.
