They are. The aggregate of the polls is within the margin of statistical error.

During Trump we had the Abraham Accords, energy independence, destruction of ISIS, low inflation, low interest rates, and a bull stock market. All the Biden administration has done is F things up, that should have been relatively easy, eg. Afghanistan withdrawal, keeping inflation low.

The media lied when they claimed Biden is empathetic. He never expressed on bit of sympathy for those trapped in Afghanistan during his botched exit. He kept looking at his watch during the funeral of the 19 servicemen killed in the Kabul bombing. He never made a statement on the Ohio chemical spill. And offered the Maui fire victims a whopping $700 each. Trump is a much more empathetic person.
