  1. A witnesses credibility is always on trial. At least we can define Cohen's crime, perjury. He lied and said he called Trump, when he called a secret service agent to complain about a 14 year old prank caller.

  7. Trials are supposed to be based on evidence. This is not a real trial but a political circus. One normally wouldn't put a pathological liar like Cohen on the stand. He perjured himself several times. He didn't call Trump to tell him the payment was made. He called a Secret Service agent to complain about a 14 year old prank caller.

  8.  @petermiller114  This isn't a real trial, but a political stunt by Democrats. You don't put someone on the stand like Cohen, who has lied in every court deposition, and lied in Congress. He lied several times in this testimony.

  9. He would remember if he called Trump to tell him about a payment. If he couldn't recall, he should not have said he did recall, that is a lie.
