That's not even standing legal precedent in America. The "you can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater" was said by the prosecutor prosecuting WW1 anti-war protesters under the Alien and Sedition Act. The scumbag prosecutor was comparing protesting a war to yelling "fire" in a crowded theater.

The Jan 6 riots were literally instigated by Democrats, so they could bolster support for a very weak presidency--same as the Reichstag Fire was used by the Regime in Germany.

@RJSALDA It's weird how they've exploited Jan 6 to no end. The vast majority of the people in the Capitol that day just walked in. The Capitol police just opened the doors. And this was after 1000 riots in 2020 that killed 40 people.

Someone got 22 years in prison, who wasn't even in DC, for tweeting for people to enter the Capitol on Jan. 6. So Jamaal Bowman should get 30 years for this act of insurrection.

@thomasinphoenix False. The guys who got 17 and 22 years in prison recently, DID NOT beat anyone. The first guy shook a fence, and the second guy tweeted from outside Washington DC.

@thomasinphoenix Jan 6 also didn't happen near the House Chamber, where the meeting was. But the Democrats still put people way, for 17, 22 years, for non-violent offenses. An equal application of the law applies. The Democrats shouldn't have been sociopaths, now they live by their own standards.
