  2.  @FortitudineVincimus  The indictment doesn't charge him for possessing this supposed Iran document. Most likely that means the DOJ doesn't have such a document. They included this tape in the indictment just because they thought it made Trump look bad. Like all Trump scandals, this is a media circus and not a real prosecution. Just think about it. Jack Smith's star piece of evidence is unrelated to any of the charges in the indictment. Trump was talking about a smear piece Gen. Milley wrote in the New Yorker a couple weeks earlier. He was probably holding up the magazine.
