This isn't property tax, but income tax. If you don't have income, you don't pay income tax. And if your income is capital gains then you pay the rate for capital gains, not for a salary.

@1970joedub "Yep. Profit over people is the American way!" LOL The graphic shows about $50 million net losses.

@leagarner3675 Not all income is subject to taxation. Income after taking all the deductions gives what is taxable. This shows "taxable income".

Pakman is pretty funny. "This confirms all of our expectations." Except that it contradicts all of them. Democrat anti-Trumpers are constantly saying that Trump is a grifter in it to enrich himself.

You realize that his accountants are going to follow that tax code, and take all legal deductions? This is like TYT complaining that the IRS audits the little guy, while the Democrats passed the law that every $600 payment would be audited, and hired 80,000 new agents.

@nigget-tv-videos4135 It's funny that the graphic shows about $50 million net LOSSES. And people are complaining that he's getting aways with not paying a lot. It's called "income tax".

@hillbillydeluxe27 He wasn't convicted, in NY, or anywhere else. Some employees of his company were convicted, of something all the big financial companies do. They give the use of a company car, for example, and don't call it income. This whole thing is ridiculous. He didn't pay a lot of taxes, because he didn't make money over this period. He had a net loss of about 50 million. You don't pay income tax on holdings. If you don't make any money, you don't pay it. Property taxes are payed on holdings.
1
@hillbillydeluxe27 But you guys are stupid. Do you even realize that you pay income tax on,....income. Not wealth. You pay property tax on holdings. Pakman totally knows his audience is dumb.
1
@deadwalkin12345 "the losses are fraudulent." You don't know that. We only know this short list of taxable income and what he paid. You guys must realize that this is not Trump's doing. He has accountants. It's their job to use all the deductions in the tax code.
1
@hillbillydeluxe27 " another trump apologist. Stop apologizing for chump, " LOL Pedo-Pete took tens of millions in cash from Ukraine using his position as VP. And now he's sending them 45 billion. You guys grovel before the grifting Democratic party.
1
@deadwalkin12345 It's not math, it's just conjecture. You can't deduce that his deductions are illegal, without knowing what they are. This is just too goofy. You've been doing this since 2016. "The walls are closing in on him", "This is a bomb shell." "It's the beginning of the end." Do you ever get tired of being wrong? There's a > 99% probability that Trump did not tell his accountants to break the law. Most would never do that anyways. Then if you find an error, Trump isn't being punished. Because it's accountants that did it, not Trump.
1
@kwhatten The list shown in the graphic is "taxable income". That's income after deductions. This means nothing until you know what the deductions are. But again, Trump doesn't even know what all of them are. This is between his accountants and the IRS.
1
@leagarner3675 The chart shows he has negative 50 million in taxable income over the 5 year period.
1
@mazenkaiser7234 Taxes are applied according to the tax laws. It has nothing to do with whether someone has enough to live off of. Say you have 4 cars and two houses. Is some government guy going to show up and say "You only need two cars and one house. So I'm taking the other house and two cars."
1
@mazenkaiser7234 You know, Bread Tube is just ridiculous. Hassan Pike saying "Kill the rich", when he made 3 million in one year off of twitch streaming and lives in a mansion.
1
@mazenkaiser7234 You don't have any information on that. Trump didn't pay much taxes because his taxable income after deductions was negative. The point is that Hassan Piker is a rich guy who says the rich should be destroyed. Trump is a rich guy who doesn't say that.
