  3. He wont need a pardon. For example, the NY Bragg case is an obvious 6th amendment violation, i.e. the indictment mentions no underlying crime. Bragg said "the statute didn't require me to state it." But the Constitution, 6th Amendment does. The SC has judicial review power over state courts.

  4. All the Trump indictments will die in the SC. For example, the SC standard on incitement is long well known. One can make non-specific call to violence and it is still First Amendment protected. It has to be a specific threat of violence. And Trump didn't go anywhere near that; he called for "peaceful and respectful" protests.

  6. All these indictments are "media crimes". The "fake electors" were needed if Trump's campaign actually won a court case and a state election was overturned, and the legislature appointed electors. This actually came up in the Nixon vs Kennedy election. Obviously, the "fake electors" cannot vote, unless there is some (unlikely) court victory in which they become the real electors. In 2016 the Democrats called for the electors to go faithless, which is also not illegal, but failed. The electors are chosen as party loyalists.
