  1. "There is no legal definition of a woman, and that's the point." There has to be. There are many laws, eg military service, child custody, sports leagues, college admissions, that use a definition of man and woman. That's not how the law can work. It can't just make up definitions as it goes.

  4.  @smthone  Packman is always using bad faith tactics. He does it because it takes positions which can't be defended intellectually. The law distinguishes between men and women in many laws. If there's a war requiring conscription, is the government going to draft everyone (because what is a woman?). No. This is just silliness coming from the left.

  5.  @smthone  LOL The Democrats interrogated Kavanaugh about every doodle in his high school year book. Knowing the definition is "woman" is necessary for a lawyer. The senator asked it in the context of an important case VA Military Institute vs US. The case was over the Institutes policy of not admitting women. It's really a good idea to play dumb about crucial definitions. You guys are pathetic.

  9.  @betacuck3145  I'd actually be for eliminating any legal reference to race. There is no objective definition of race, just collections of characteristic which are regional differences. But the claim there are no physical differences, or that the male/female dichotomy doesn't exist, is just silly. Imagine how well things would have gone if we drafted both men and women in 1941 (because what is a woman?).
