  1. Seriously, none of the people indignant even know the law. The law only limits classroom INSTRUCTION by teachers or school staff, on sexual orientation. It doesn't limit what students can say.

  2.  @L.Fenton  No. It doesn't. The law merely says "no sex and gender lessons by school employees in K-3". That's the only sentence regarding sex ed. The rest of the 7 page law establishes parental rights to be informed about what the kids are taught or told.

" Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students " That majority of the country is wonder why people like you desperately want teachers to take to 6 year olds about gender identity or sexual orientation. But again, it says "instruction", not "talk".

  4. So you can teach transsexuality to 4-8 year olds? This was passed for a reason. Activists were confusing very young children.
