These hacks have extreme double standards. The last Logan Act prosecution was in 1803 and didn't result in a conviction. But just look at their behavior. They don't believe in that law, they just tried to use it as a political weapon.

@mikecooper8462 Then why did the original 302, of the original FBI interview of Flynn, where the agents said they "didn't think Flynn was lying", go missing? Sullivan is engaged in a political prosecution. And he's set to be humiliated. The court of appeals has "ordered" him to make a judgement on dropping this case. If Sullivan refuses to drop the case he's contradicting a recent SCOTUS decision. This case is over. You guys are just being petty partisans. This is the end of one of the longest scandals in US history, the Russia hoax. And you're pissed about it.

Why is it that every Democrat wants to prove what a hack they are over the Flynn case? Imagine their reaction if Bush operatives, including Bush and Cheney, had ordered the FBI to investigate Susan Rice and set up a perjury trap to get her fired or prosecuted. And then a biased judge put her through hell, drained her wealth, and committed prosecutorial misconduct (withholding exculpatory evidence) for over 3 years.

@pwilliams2871 You're not really keeping up with the news. Susan Rice did lie about this. The released email contradicts her public statements. At this point it's willful ignorance on your side. But my god, are you guys hypocrites.
