  8.  @nataliewalton8590  The appeal isn't a jury trial. The US legal system has strict standards. The appellate court will get a charge of falsifying documents (with expired statute of limitations) raised to a felony on a crime that was never even addressed in court.

The polls, Rassmussen, Trafalgar, that were close in 2016 and 2020, are counting Trump's support well ahead of Harris, while the polls that overcounted Dem votes in 2016 and 2020 are now showing Harris ahead. But only ahead in the popular vote. Trump is currently leading in all swing states.

  46. I've imagined what goes through the justice's minds when they read this case, if it goes to the SCOTUS. The judge here thinks that the prosecution doesn't have to prove that there was an election crime, that it is sufficient to assume there is.

And the Trump team WAS cooperating with the archives, but Biden ordered the raid. And also, the FBI had documents shipped to Mar-a-Lago. This case could only proceed with a corrupt judge like Merchan. But Cannon takes her job seriously.
